2025 Hart Senior Tributes Guidelines

Dear families of Seniors,

The Hart staff takes pride in creating high-quality tributes that make your senior’s personality jump off the page. Thanks to the more than half of senior parents who purchase one, our yearbook remains cheaper for all students. We will also continue offering group senior tributes, which honor a team, a club, an 8th-grade class, etc.

To encourage early submission, the prices increase in November. The price is based on when every element is received, not just payment. After the January deadline, we cannot guarantee that we can include your tribute due to our printing deadlines. So make sure you don’t miss out! 

To save your spot, complete your payment and the ONLINE GOOGLE FORM (which will also be sent to you via email and can be found at tinyurl.com/seniortributes2026). The form has all the instructions included below to guide you. You can send payment to the office or Room 144, or you can pay by credit card.  

Once we receive your payment, form and photos, we will design your senior tribute and send you a proof to approve or correct. If we do not hear from you in a week once we send the proof, we will assume the senior tribute is approved and finalize that page. Thank you for trusting us with your student’s tribute!
